I assist home movers in several ways. Most often, it is where a client is still within their fixed rate period and wishes to move house. In this situation, porting the existing mortgage may be possible, enabling you to avoid paying early repayment charges and move your existing loan to a new property. If you need to borrow more, I help with this as well. Sometimes moving to a new property involves applying to a new lender. I find the most appropriate lender for you and your property.
Remortgaging
Is your mortgage up for renewal in the next 6 months? I can help with this, whether it is a product switch with your current lender or making an application with a different bank. You may be looking to consolidate debt or borrow money for home improvements or to buy a car. Getting in touch early gives you time to look at the options and make an informed decision. Even if you stay with your current lender, I can deal with this for you. A key benefit is that if a lower rate with your lender becomes available, I can switch you over before completion.
