If You are planning to rent out the property that you currently live in or have previously lived in, this is called a consumer buy to let. This is a regulated buy to let mortgage and I can help in this situation. Sometimes, as a pre-cursor to this, you can obtain consent to let from your mortgage lender, enabling you to rent your property out. Most lenders forbid the letting out of a property with a regulated mortgage without specific permission.
